Error message "The change to the mobile phone tariff could not be completed"
If you receive this error message, there may be several reasons:
- Too many eSIMs installed: Please check with the manufacturer of your device how many eSIM profiles are possible at the same time.
- Cellular/mobile data is deactivated in the device settings: Please activate mobile data.
- The selected eSIM is already installed: Please check the list of your eSIM profiles.
