Right of withdrawal

A consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for the purpose of purchasing goods or services to satisfy their own private needs.

Right of withdrawal for goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without specifying any reasons.

The withdrawal period of 14 days begins on the day when you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, including in digital format, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as one unit.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us – HD Solutions GmbH Danckelmannstr. 9, 14059 Berlin – by means of a clear written declaration (via post or e-mail: hello@esimony.com) of the withdrawal from the contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form down below.

The withdrawal period is deemed to have been observed if you send your written declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of a withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from a contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction – unless otherwise agreed with you. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

Reasons for expiry

Your right of withdrawal expires when the service has been provided in full or the service provider has begun to provide the service after the consumer has given his express consent and at the same time confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by the contractor.
